Business Operations Policy
1. Emails are returned Monday through Friday for all inquiries and existing clients. If an email is sent after 4:30pm EST on Friday , it will be returned the next business day . Please do not send multiple emails as that will delay us getting to your matter as quickly as possible.
2. Please refrain from submitting inquiries via Kayla’s DM’s on Instagram or through Facebook messenger. Due to the volume of messages , it takes longer to receive a response. Please use the chat messenger on this site, send an email or submit your information via our website.
3. If you have any issues or complaints please immediately email email@example.com and it will be addressed immediately to ensure the best customer service is provided.
4. Before inquiring about services please review everything that is offered so you know what’s available in comparison to what you need. This will make working together quicker and more efficient.
5. Kayla is not doing consultation calls at this time. You will have to submit any questions or inquiries via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or via the chat box on this site.
6. There are no refunds available due to our offers being digital downloads and services. You may stop working with us at any time .
